On Saturday, September 19th, Wellesley Democrats served as delegates at the Massachusetts Democratic State Convention at the MassMutual Center in Springfield. This’s year’s action agenda convention focused on training delegates, alternates, and guests to “organize to win” in 2016. 3rd Annual Wellesley Democrats’ Picnic

The 3rd Annual Wellesley Democrats’ Picnic was a great success! Over 70 people joined local Democratic officials to kick-off the 2016 season with the WDTC at Co-Chair Susan Ryan’s home. Treasurer and Receiver-General Deb Goldberg kicked off the evening and surrogates from the various Democratic presidential campaigns spoke, including Sen. Marc Pacheco of Taunton representing Hillary Clinton. Newton Alderman Jay Harney and Wayland DTC Chairman J. Wellesley Selects Delegates to 2015 Convention

Wellesley Democrats elected delegates and alternates to the 2015 Massachusetts Democratic State Convention on May 27th. It will be held on September 19, 2015 at the MassMutual Center in Springfield and this year the convention is an action agenda convention, where delegates and alternates will be train to win 2016 races by learning best strategies to drive Democratic voters to the polls and hearing from candidates to excite them about the process.
