Maura Healey Visits Wellesley

Maura Healey Visits Wellesley

On Wednesday, October 28th, Attorney General Maura Healey visited Wellesley and discussed economic security, opioid addiction, and other salient issues at the Wellesley Free Library in an event open to the public. Following her remarks to 125+ attendees – where she reviewed the role of the Attorney General and highlighted some of the work her office has done since January, like her creation of a bureau dedicated to public outreach and assistance – she entertained questions from the audience. The WDTC thanks Attorney General Healey for spending time in Wellesley! Please see below for photos of the event. Thank you to Representative Alice Peisch for introducing the Attorney General on behalf of the WDTC and to Doug Owen for serving as photographer.
